It has been a challenging time with the Coronovirus for everyone in many different ways.

We have gathered together some resources that you might find helpful to look at.

Fortunately many people get better from Coronovirus very quickly and easily but others  have persisting symptoms and it can he helpful to talk to someone about how to manage that


2. A directory of Family Support Services in Edinburgh.... Family Support

This is  long list of suggestions that provide Parent and  Carers Support that may help whilst we all cope with Covid for example support for sleep in children, how to explain Covid, mental health support and community food resources. Do have a look and see if there is anything you might find helpful


3. As always NHS Inform has a lot of very useful health information and particularly relevant at the moment is all the information on Coronovirus......https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/


4.  The Mental Health Information Station has become a telephone advice service offering general mental health advice and information. You can speak with a Mental Health trained member of staff by phone on a Thursday between 9.30am and 4.30pm.Please call on 0131 537 8688 and ask for the MHIS. MHIS Telephone Service


5. NHS Lothian is now offering a Minor Injury Assessment Service by Video Call to your own home from 11.00 to 7pm  07977  246 84 8 Ask MIA poster AW


It is good to think the number of people being infected with Coronovirus is coming down now we have to do all we can to avoid a second wave of infections
